Exchange and return

Return and exchange of the marriage product within 14 days from the moment of its receipt:

A product in which there is a manufacturing defect (exchange is paid by the store for an identical model).
The product that was sent by mistake (resort, color, size, model) to the originally ordered model (exchange is paid by the store).
Products that were ordered in error or with an incorrectly specified size or other parameters are not accepted for exchange or return.

Products that have been washed, ironed or in any other way already used are not subject to exchange or return.
Issues of non-production defects – stains, holes, tightening – are resolved only if the item has been checked at the transport company’s branch, in the presence of the operator. In the event that the inspection was carried out at home and there were stains, etc. — the exchange may be refused!
Please be understanding, and check the goods upon receipt at the office of the transport carrier — this will protect you and us.

It is necessary to exchange goods

Within 3 days from the moment of receiving the goods, contact our manager
Be sure to send a photo of the defect
Send us the TTN number
The product must be unused, in the package and with the tag, in the same form in which it was received (the product without packages, used, dirty, washed or ironed will be sent back, the exchange will be refused!)
After receiving the package and inspecting the product, the exchange or funds will be sent within 1-5 days.
RARELY, BUT ERRORS HAPPEN, PLEASE BE UNDERSTANDING AND RESPECTFUL OF PEOPLE’S WORK, IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS THAT CANNOT BE RESOLVED, CONTACT OUR MANAGERS AND THE ERROR WILL BE CORRECTED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
